Gabe Guerrero

President

The President provides supportive leadership for all club activities, presides at meetings, and motivates members toward their goals. The President sets the tone for the club, ensures meetings run on schedule, and represents BrewMeisters to district leadership and the broader Toastmasters community.

Patrick Houston

VP Education

The Vice President of Education is widely considered the most important officer role in any Toastmasters club. The VPE plans meetings, schedules speakers and meeting roles, helps members navigate the Pathways learning experience, and tracks educational achievements. Without the VPE's planning, meetings simply don't happen.

Cliff Chang

VP Membership

The Vice President of Membership recruits new members and works to retain current ones. The VPM ensures guests are warmly welcomed, follows up with prospective members, and processes new applications. They keep the club growing and thriving.

Brittany Abellanosa

VP Public Relations

The Vice President of Public Relations promotes BrewMeisters to the local community. They manage social media, maintain the club website, send announcements to members, and represent the club at community events. The VPPR is the club's storyteller.

Alexandra Houston

Secretary

The Secretary records meeting minutes, maintains official club records and member rosters, handles club correspondence, and submits required reports to Toastmasters International. The Secretary keeps the club's institutional memory.

Tom Hsieh

Treasurer

The Treasurer collects dues, manages the club budget, pays expenses, and submits financial reports. The Treasurer remits semi-annual dues to Toastmasters International, ensuring the club remains in good standing.

Ciannie Franco

Sergeant-At-Arms

The Sergeant-At-Arms prepares the meeting room, maintains club equipment (banner, lectern, timing devices), greets guests at the door, and ensures meetings run smoothly logistically. At BrewMeisters, the Sergeant-At-Arms also helps coordinate our pre-meeting beer tasting. They're often the first friendly face a new visitor sees.
